I am a private practice psychiatrist in Redwood
City, California and have developed this website as a resource for current and prospective patients.
I trained at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and the
University of California, San Francisco and have been Board Certified in Psychiatry since 1998.
I provide psychotherapy and medication
management for individuals in a private practice setting. My approach is collaborative, and my goal is to provide you
with the information, tools, and support to make informed decisions about your emotional and physical health and to accompany
you in the process of achieving emotional and physical well-being. As a newly certified integrative psychiatric practitioner,
I work to identify and address the root causes of mental health issues. I also earned my 200 hour yoga teaching certificate
and weave yogic principles into my work when appropriate.
I am now offering either virtual
appointments (as long as you reside in the State of California) or in person appointments at my downtown Redwood City office.
